CarX Rally breaks cover
This is a curious one for sure.
CarX Rally has appeared on Steam recently; teasing some stunning (if oddly unnatural) environments, unbadged Cars with very familiar liveries (definitely not the Lancia Delta Integrale, BMW E30 and Polo R) damage modelling, in-game level editor - and all to a definitely-not-Bon-Jovi soundtrack. CarX Rally expirience is coming to Steam Early Access! A realistic rally simulator powered by its own physics engine. Adapt your driving style to different cars, surfaces, and weather conditions, tackle hundreds of special stages created by the community in the in-game level editor, and compete against drivers from around the world.
The developer is the ambiguously named 'CarX Technologies, LLC' and based on some of the simple typos within the Steam page (and pasted above) my feeling is this is a US-based operation with Chinese-based developers, but this is just a guess.
The game itself - based on the Steam features - has Xbox Controller support, offers Single and online PVP game modes, and the aforementioned Level Editor (also seen in the video).

CarX Technologies, LLC themselves offer 3 games on Steam, and 7 on their own company page including Mobile-specific versions of the. But where things get a little murkier is with the individual Crypto stores for each of the games - some of which such as Drift Racing 3 are not available on Steam at least.
Each of these stores offers 'SC' Gold Coin sales for $USD and I'm not entirely clear what they unlock within the Games, and frankly nor do I care (also, Steam gets very very particular when games on their platform have their own monetary ecosystems elsewhere).
Anyway, I'm not going to investigate further as SIRA is about Sim Racing, not P2E / Crypto gaming.
One of their prior Steam titles - the 2017 title CarX Drift Racing Online - has an 'Overwhelmingly Positive' review label from over 40,000 reviews, and promises VR within its Steam features. With these in particular, there is certainly some potential for CarX Rally - and while I am not expecting it to fully rival Assetto Corsa Rally nor the legacy Dirt Rally titles at a simulation level I'll be keeping one eye on this.
