Le Mans Ultimate - Driver Swaps Tests, 1-2 August

LMU has announced a test of its highly anticipated Driver Swap gameplay functionality in early August, to be run by RaceControl.
LMU - "Thank you for your patience – our first official Le Mans Ultimate team races featuring live driver swaps is back and happening 1st and 2nd August! These will be the first public test events of one of the game’s most complex and exciting features to date: the ability to hand over control of your car to a teammate mid-race. These races are an important technical milestone for us, and they mark the start of a new era for endurance racing in the sim."

Race Dates: 1st and 2nd August 2025
Race Format: 6 Hours of Qatar
Track: Lusail International Circuit
Classes: Hypercar and LMGT3
Grid Cap: Up to 38 cars per split
Team Requirement: Minimum of 2 drivers per team (no solo entries) and maximum of 6 per team (including engineers)
Sessions: 30 minute Practice/ 20 minute qualifying (Private)/ 6 Hour Race
