Le Mans Ultimate - V1.0 details, release date!

Stephen Hood is back with another monthly update to LMU development, including a firm release date for V1.0 of the title.

Thanking the early access backers of LMU, he stated that the following 2 cars will be provided within the base game free of charge:

Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR LMH (also called AMR Pro)
Mercedes AMG LMGT3 Evo

Also, for owners of the relevant DLC, the BMW M4 EVO LM GT3 has been upgraded to 2025 spec with updated head/tail lights, wing mirrors and hood vents.

Stephen also addressed community feedback about the tyre model, which caused some consternation in the last update, giving somewhat knife-edge handling at certain temperatures.

Many other technical and user experience improvements have been made, as detailed in his video - including revisions to Steam DLC packaging, and work on the Career Mode for 2026.
