...and looks stunning!
It's a relatively well-known secret for Racing Game fans that within the Mafia game series is at least 1 mission that involves winning (or at least completing) a period race within the game world.
The latest release in the series - this years' Mafia: The Old Country, set in 1900's Sicily - is no exception and includes a number of Races set within the stunning open-world environment.
Check out a Race from the latest title directly below, and below that clips of Race missions from each of the previous Mafia releases!
Mafia - Racing Mission
The first Mafia release in 2002 was praised by Racers for its vehicle handling and period setting, even going as far to include Wheel and Force Feedback support (PC only, SIRA believes) - unusual for a Game that had Keyboard and Mouse as primary inputs!
Mafia II (2010) - Highway Racing Mission
This release didn't have specific racing missions, just point-to-point checkpoint driving.
Mafia III (2016)
Mafia: The Old Country is out now on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
