Res-Tech X1 Cockpit reviewed by OC Racing

OC Racing has shared his review of the rather stunning looking Res-Tech X1 Cockpit ; a cockpit designed almost specifically for Formula racers with its high-feet position design and F1 aesthetics.

The cockpit certainly isn't cheap, with the most basic package starting at €2.189,00 before shipping or adding accessories such as a Monitor mount or sliding pedal tray.

SIRA would recommend avoiding 'central post' style wheel mounting solutions which the X1 includes out of the box, due to personal experience with these.

Even for those of you preferring just a 2 pedal setup for F1 or Single Seater use, there are too many impracticality concerns such as ingress/egress, or simply banging your knees during racing (also a slighty loss of realism as Race Cars do not have structural elements between your legs).

To solve this with the X1 Cockpit, you'd need the X1 Lateral Mount Universal which is additional at €249,00 - and by no means am I trying to upsell this to you, check out OC Racings' solid review first - and be sure to subscribe to his channel too :
